Crepe Soufflee. Heat up a little oil in a pan and pour over a thin layer of batter. In a deep saucepan, melt the butter into ½ cup of milk over very low heat.
Whisk together the eggs, butter, heavy cream, sugar, orange liqueur and orange zest in a large mixing bowl. Mettre les lardons dans chaque empreintes petit four. Préparez la pâte, faites des crêpes de belle dimension et réservez.
Remove from the heat as soon as the butter is melted.
